Weekend Roster and Leave Cover

It is an accepted part of modern medical practice that Doctors must have some rostered time off, which is particularly important in Obstetric practice, where babies arrive day and night.

Dr O’Neill participates in a weekend roster with a small number of other Obstetricians; Dr John Love, Dr Linda Wong, Dr Seonaid Mulroy, Dr Fiona Langdon, Dr Alicia McCreery and Dr Susan Isdale. This does mean if you labour on a weekend that Dr O’Neill is not on call, the covering doctor will deliver your baby, or attend for any urgent issues in pregnancy. Our weekend roster ensures safe care of you and your baby.
